Debby & Trudie Are Running For The Pugs

Our Riverside Fitness Manager Debby, and member of Riverside Fitness Trudie are both running the Solway Half Marathon this June for a fantastic pug charity. Debby has 3 pugs herself and loves all that this charity does for pugs.

BubbleBecca Pug Rescue is based in the UK although they provide sanctuary for pugs rescued both here and abroad.

Their website BubbleBecca.co.uk provides information of how they started with just one little pug called Fatima to how they have grown into a worldwide community of amazing people and pugs.

All the money we raise from running the Solway Half Marathon will go towards the running costs of the BubbleBecca Pug Rescue.

Cumbrian wedding venue announces significant investments in the face of COVID.

The Crown Hotel has kicked off 2022 with the refurbishment of all 61 bedrooms, hotel lounges and other public areas. It has also re-launched their new fitness centre, Riverside Fitness, consisting of two state-of-the-art gyms, heated pool, fitness studio, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and lounge areas. The full refurbishment of this iconic Cumbria-based hotel is set to complete in Spring 2022.

Riverside Fitness Price Freeze

With the cost-of-living crisis on everyone’s minds, Riverside Fitness Centre sees the importance in health, wellbeing and fitness and has chosen to freeze their prices and absorb costs.

We had planned on a price increase this summer in relation to these growing costs. However, we have made the decision to absorb additional costs and freeze our membership rates at this time.

We have decided that as a business we do not wish for price increases to have a negative impact on our members' health and fitness as we acknowledge a huge increase in the cost of living. Staying active and healthy benefits both your physical and mental wellbeing and we understand everyone is feeling a financial squeeze.

That said, we are close to reaching our maximum capacity for memberships and only have a limited number remaining. We wish for everyone visiting the club to have the best possible experience. Once reached, this exclusive club will go onto a waitlist policy.
