You don’t need to be a member to book a class.
PILATES
Low-impact flowing routine focussing on stability, flexibility, posture and core strength.
AQUA
Water workout improving cardiovascular fitness through low-impact resistance work.
Zumba
Dance fitness class using choreographed cardio to improve aerobic fitness and coordination, all while having a jolly good time.
SPIN
Indoor cycling class improving strength and endurance through a range of high-intensity intervals and recovery periods.
LEGS, BUMS & TUMS
Hone in and tone your lower body in this low impact, burner of a workout.
KETTLEBELLS
Strength, conditioning and calorie burning.
This 30 minute full body workout will help you tone your body using squats, swings, lifting and pressing.
fITMIX
Full body fun at this high energy class. Improve your cardiovascular fitness along with muscular strength through the use of a range of equipment each week.
Weighted Workout
Full body workout using variety of weighted exercises designed to keep your motivation high as you rise to the challenge.
FITBALL
A fun interactive workout using swiss balls, designed to tone and strengthen your whole body.
