With daily classes in our bright fitness studio and pool, let us bring the motivation and guide you through our fantastic range of classes for any fitness level.

PILATES / CORE

Low-impact flowing routine focussing on stability, flexibility, posture and core strength.

AQUA

Water workout improving cardiovascular fitness through low-impact resistance work.

JOLLY FIT! 

Dance fitness class using choreographed cardio to improve aerobic fitness and coordination, all while having a jolly good time.

SPIN

Indoor cycling class improving strength and endurance through a range of high-intensity intervals and recovery periods.

Step Aerobics

Classic cardio workout performed on a flat surface or raised platform. Targets your full body, coordination, balance and agility all in one.

BOXERCISE

Boxing moves combined with cardio. Mix of set combinations, intervals & partner work.

FIGHTING FIT!

Kick and punch your way towards your fitness goals in this high intensity, full body choreographed workout.

BOOTCAMP / CIRCUITS

A full body burn rotating through multiple timed movements and rest periods.

LEGS, BUMS & TUMS

Hone in and tone your lower body in this low impact, burner of a workout.

Weighted Workout 

Full body barbell routine choreographed to music designed to keep your motivation high as you rise to the challenge.

Strength & stretch 

Recover and reset, ready to get after those goals again next week.

FIT MIX

Full body fun at this high energy class. Improve your cardiovascular fitness along with muscular strength through the use of a range of equipment each week.

AQUA

Selection of aquatic fitness sessions including combat, HIIT, conditioning & dance. High intensity, low impact and always fun!

RIVERSIDE RUNNERS

Friendly running group for all ability levels. Mix of road and trail around the local villages.
